By public transport
From Rotterdam Centraal Station
- Take tramway number 1 in the direction of "De Esch" or tramway number 20 in the direction of "Beverwaard".
- Exit at the stop called "Stadhuis" (normal travel time from Rotterdam Centraal station: approx. 2 minutes)
- Follow the rails for approximately 50 metres.
- Turn right at the first street (with Fortis Bank on the corner). This is the Aert van Nesstraat.
- After approximately 100 metres you will see the Rotterdam Building on your right.
- X-Hive Corporation is located on the 2nd floor.
By car
From Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, and The Hague
- Take motorways A4 and then A13 towards Rotterdam.
- Approaching the city, join motorway A20 (Rotterdam ring road north) towards Gouda and Utrecht. Leave the motorway at the next exit (junction 14 for Rotterdam Centrum)
- At the end of the slip road, turn right (first exit) at the roundabout onto Schieweg. After about 800 metres, this becomes Schiekade.
- Shortly after passing under a railway bridge, you reach Hofplein, a large roundabout with a fountain in the middle. At this, continue straight (second exit) onto the Coolsingel.
- Turn right at the second street onto Aert van Nesstraat.
- After approximately 100 metres you will see the Rotterdam Building on your right. Free parking is available in the garage to the right of the building.
- Turn right immediately after passing Rotterdam Building. Follow the road and turn right twice to get to the parking garage.
- X-Hive Corporation is located on the 2nd floor.
From Breda, Antwerp, and the south
- Take motorway A16 towards Rotterdam. Leave the motorway at junction 25, for Rotterdam Centrum.
- At the end of the slip road, turn left (third exit) at the roundabout, towards "Centrum". Continue along this road, consecutively Van Rijckevorselweg, Maasboulevard, Boompjes and Vasteland.
- At the crossing with the Erasmus-bridge (on your left), turn right onto Schiedamsedijk
- Continue along this road which becomes Coolsingel.
- Shortly after passing Rotterdam's city hall (on your right) , you reach Hofplein, a large roundabout with a fountain in the middle. Take the fourth exit at the roundabout, this will get take you onto the Coolsingel again, but now on the other side of the tramway.
- Turn right at the second street onto Aert van Nesstraat.
- After approximately 100 metres you will see the Rotterdam Building on your right. Free parking is available in the garage to the right of the building.
- Turn right immediately after passing Rotterdam Building. Follow the road and turn right twice to get to the parking garage.

From Utrecht and the east
- Take motorway A12 and then A20 towards Rotterdam.
- Leave the motorway at junction 14 for Rotterdam Centrum.
